1. About BAP

BAP provides acting coaching classes and theatre production experiences. Our services are intended for individuals seeking personal development in the performing arts and audiences attending live performances.

2. Use of the Website

By using our site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• You will not misuse our website or services, including unauthorized access or disruption of systems.

3. Acting Coaching Classes

Bookings & Payments:

• All class bookings must be made via our website or authorized agents.

• Full payment is required to confirm your place.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• You may cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days may receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds after the course has started.

• BAP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes (e.g., due to low enrollment). In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

4. Theatre Ticket Sales

Purchasing Tickets:

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets may be exchanged only if a show is canceled or rescheduled by BAP.

Entry Requirements:

• Please arrive early to ensure timely entry.

• Late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable break or may not be admitted, depending on the production.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and images, is the property of BAP or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security

• Upload or distribute harmful or offensive content

• Class or performance cancellations beyond our control (e.g., illness, venue issues)
