REFUND POLICY- THE BASICS

At BAP, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience in our acting coaching classes and theatre productions. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering or purchasing tickets.
1. Acting Coaching Classes
Refunds for acting coaching classes are subject to the following terms:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a course are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given once the course has started, regardless of attendance.

If a class is canceled by BAP (e.g., due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.
2. Theatre Production Tickets
Refunds for theatre tickets are subject to the following:

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be given unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled.

In the event of a cancellation or significant delay, ticket holders will be notified and offered the option of a refund or ticket transfer.
3. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
